Recently Mahila Seva Samja, Bangalore celebrated 100 years, it was started in October 1913.
The speciality of this special cover is that it has a "My Stamp " personalized stamp used on the cover and still the price is kept at Rs 10.
The commercial minded special cover makers should take cue from this and stop charging more for Special covers.
